We use Zego to process resident payments. They are able to pay online or sign up for autopay.

What do you like most about Zego, a Global Payments company?

What I like most about Zego, a Global Payments company, is the combination of efficiency and reliability it brings to everyday operations. The platform simplifies payment processing, reduces manual work, and provides clear visibility into transactions, which helps both onsite teams and leadership stay organized and informed. I also appreciate how user-friendly the system is, making it easy for residents and staff to adopt with minimal training.

What could Zego, a Global Payments company do better?

In the last several months Zego has really stepped it up. My biggest complaint was support response time, but that is not really an issue any more.

Who would you recommend Zego, a Global Payments company to?

Anyone in property management should consider using Zego. With their autopay option our delinquency has went down drastically.

Customer support and service

They have came a long way in their response time. They have tons of resources available as well.

Value for money

While we do pay for check processing, we pass the cost of credit card processing to the resident. (We wanted to offer a free option, so we pay for check processing - which is quite affordable.)

Ease of onboarding

Very easy set up.

I value the check-scanning capabilities provided to our onsite teams and the convenient online payment features available to our residents.

Zego is an excellent platform that serves our residents well. Their communication and reporting features provide strong support for our onsite staff. At this time, I cannot identify any areas needing improvement.
