Works well, in theory

What was your company’s primary use case for Zego, a Global Payments company?

We use mobile doorman at the property I work at and the features it offers is wonderful and helps take certain loads off the on site management team (like reserving the loading zone, or guest suite, or clubrooms, or even guest parking). It is also a hub for events, announcements, and the ability to enter work orders with just a few button clicks.

What do you like most about Zego, a Global Payments company?

I like the customizability within the app. I can create reservable spaces, list events, chat with residents, and easily view work orders to help make sure the property stays on top of everything!

What could Zego, a Global Payments company do better?

The app is currently experiencing a lot of issues around being able to log in, which is necessary to enjoy any of the benefits I listed above. We, onsite, HAVE to be able to have more functionality with resetting passwords and whatnot as it currently takes days for any IT ticket to be responded to. The reliability of the app and the slow customer service makes this app far less desirable than it used to be.

Customer support and service

Very slow response time, and I have to contact them to complete simple tasks like password resets, because apparently that function doesn't even work.

I don't know the pricing as that is determined at a property management company level
