What was your company’s primary use case for Zego, a Global Payments company?

We use zego for tenant payment facilitation and love that they can use auto pay and pay from a checking savings credit or debit card!

What do you like most about Zego, a Global Payments company?

They’re easy to work with, and add banks with or remove accounts.

Online Rental Payments & Utility Billing is a Cinch

What was your company’s primary use case for Zego, a Global Payments company?

We use them as our payment processor. They handle all our online and scanned (in-office) payments on each of our apartment communities. We also use them to do our monthly rental and utility (RUBS) statements.

What do you like most about Zego, a Global Payments company?

My favorite thing about Zego is that it is seamlessly integrated with Rent Manager. We rarely ever have an issue and when we do it's resolved quickly and simply.

What could Zego, a Global Payments company do better?

I'm wracking my brain and truly cannot think of anything.

Who would you recommend Zego, a Global Payments company to?

Other individuals in the apartment industry that need a platform to accept rental payments or handle utility billing. Zego is really well versed on our industry and all of the laws to help your team navigate the best plan for your team to move forward with.

I have a dedicated client representative for payments as well as utility management. Can't ask for much better.

Value for money

I've priced it against other companies and their payment processing is comparable to others in the market while I believe their utility management is at a nice cost savings compared to others.

Ease of onboarding

It's been a long time since we onboarding onto the payment side so I can't truly remember that but we onboarded our company to use them for utility billing about 6 years ago. It has been a huge time saving for me since we switched.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

As already stated. We use Rent Manager as our Property Management solution and they are seamlessly integrated with that platform.

Would be nice if email reminders sent out by Zego could be customized to direct our residents to the portal we use, rather than other Zego platforms we do not utilize.

Run don't walk to Zego's suite of products

I was looking for a more white label experience to present to my residents, Mobile Doorman provided the customization we wanted while maintaining the back-end support systems a company like mine needs.

Having been a user and pilot user of many zego products and features over the years one thing has stood out; their value on customer input to help drive product initiatives.

What could Zego, a Global Payments company do better?

The inherent challenges of an integrated product vs. single stack solution. If something were to operate incorrectly the separation of products can increase the troubleshooting workload.

I would reccomend the Zego solution to any management company looking to improve their resident experience and site operational efficiency.

Payment Made Easy

What was your company’s primary use case for Zego, a Global Payments company?

We use Zego as our primary source of payments processing.

What do you like most about Zego, a Global Payments company?

Zego is simple and easy for residents to use, both as an online payments platform, but also for an alternative to money orders. This dramatically reduces the amount of manual payments process we have to do in our office.

What could Zego, a Global Payments company do better?

I think it would be great if processing times for ACH transfers were faster; however, I know that's not entirely up to Zego. I also like that they've added a way for residents to splity payments and still allow managment companies to get paid on time. This was something they did not previously have/offer.

Who would you recommend Zego, a Global Payments company to?

Anyone if property managment looking for an affordable payments processing solution at scale.
