Zego is the best!

What was your company’s primary use case for Zego?

We wanted a system where our Tenants had the option to pay online. Zego allowed for this!

What do you like most about Zego?

My favorite feature about Zego is the integration process to our software system.

What was your company’s primary use case for Zego?

Posting resident payments and getting more online rent payments.

What do you like most about Zego?

Integrates with Resman perfectly. Zego is continuing to advance their products to make multifamily management easier. Partnering with Plaid and Best Egg has helped us get more online payments, faster deposits into our bank, and happier residents with expanded payment options during hard economic times.

What could Zego do better?

Work with clearing houses to deposit payments faster

Anyone operating in multifamily looking to upgrade the resident rent payment experience

I'd assume with how easy the software is to use, that onboarding would be just as easy. Did not have to go through this, Zego was already integrated with our software when I arrived, but we have kept it the past 4+ years.

Zego has provided a platform for our residents to make online rent payments. This offers more methods for making payments, and streamlines the process for our residents.

Tenant payments are automatically integrated with our accounting software

Provide incentives for more utilization of the platform

We use Zego for Auto pay.

What do you like most about Zego?

I like that zego does everything for you. Once the autp draft is done they put it on the ledger and I dont have to do a thing with it.

Zego - Payments Simplified

What was your company’s primary use case for Zego?

We use Zego to process our monthly rental payments, deposit/escrow payments, and utilities from residents.

What do you like most about Zego?

The reports are very clear and easy to sort through, and it's very cost effective.

What could Zego do better?

I haven't had any issues with Zego!

Payment Made Easy

What was your company’s primary use case for Zego?

We use Zego as our primary source of payments processing.

What do you like most about Zego?

Zego is simple and easy for residents to use, both as an online payments platform, but also for an alternative to money orders. This dramatically reduces the amount of manual payments process we have to do in our office.

What could Zego do better?

I think it would be great if processing times for ACH transfers were faster; however, I know that's not entirely up to Zego. I also like that they've added a way for residents to splity payments and still allow managment companies to get paid on time. This was something they did not previously have/offer.

Who would you recommend Zego to?

Anyone if property managment looking for an affordable payments processing solution at scale.
