We primarily use it in place of Radix.

What do you like most about ApartmentIQ?

The system is very visually appealing and easy to navigate.

What could ApartmentIQ do better?

Some of the reporting could list more options. For example, the market survey reports, it would be helpful to be able to export more than 1 market report at a time in excel.

Who would you recommend ApartmentIQ to?

Currently, Apartment IQ cannot list unit information for units that are not listed online, which makes sense. However, for data purposes, it would be helpful to be able to have historical information for this.
