Use it for market reporting to look at the submarket around our property

What do you like most about ApartmentIQ?

Easy to quickly compare against comps and floorplan (1 bed, 2 bed ...)

What could ApartmentIQ do better?

The data for our property is not accurate so hard to use the exact figures for comps. It is more useful as a gut check / to check market trends.

Automated our manual comp report activity

What was your company’s primary use case for ApartmentIQ?

We would have so many different leasing agents update comp reports for their sites. A-IQ replaced that activity and allowed us to focus more on the resident and prospects.

What do you like most about ApartmentIQ?

I really enjoy not having to manually edit and fact check a comp report done by agents.

What could ApartmentIQ do better?

A-IQ could be better at responding to client hand-raises about incorrect concessions or rents not displaying correctly.

Who would you recommend ApartmentIQ to?

I'd recommend it to any leasing organization.
