They are ahead of many existing platforms out there in this field. They have been improving quickly with our constant feedback.

Who would you recommend AppWork Maintenance to?

All PM Firms who are struggling with motivating their maintenance team, dealing with high turnover in maintenance workers, and overspending in contract services, turn costs, and common area maintenance. This program is a game changer for our industry, and there so much more it can and will do in the next couple years. Very exciting!

The initial price is reasonable. And, you really can't put a price tag on this, because the ROI is going to be massive.

Ease of onboarding

Sean, the CEO, put together a great in-person training for our pilot. Dom also did an in-person training. The best part is that they stay in contact after the ink dries on the contract. Who you deal with during the sales process are the same people you work with a month later and on. And, of course Dani is a rockstar ensuring that all our pain points can be solved with Appwork.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

It actually fully integrates with our PMS. They don't use the word "workaround", their developers just upgrade thier program so it just "works".
