We have been using AppWork with our service teams for sometime now and I really love how easy it is for the service teams to communicate with the residents. I especially enjoy the ease of use for both the residents and our team members.

We have been using AppWork with our service teams for sometime now and I really love how easy it is for the service teams to communicate with the residents. I especially enjoy the ease of use for both the residents and our team members. Anytime I have a question, I email Carol Fulgate and within minutes, I have the answer or solution that I am looking for. Carol is absolutely amazing and always willing to jump right in to assist even if it is not her "job". He follow-up is beyond measure and we absolutely LOVE her!

What could AppWork Maintenance do better?

I cannot think of anything at this time.

What was your company’s primary use case for AppWork Maintenance?

We're mainly using it for work order and turn tracking.

What do you like most about AppWork Maintenance?

I LOVE that we will have solid tracking for maintenance and a reward system in place! I also am very thankful for the ability for maintenance to put in work orders themselves. So much of it helps both office staff and the maintenance team!

What could AppWork Maintenance do better?

I don't love that we can't manually put in turns, our systems don't always translate the best into AppWork.

Carol Gregory-Fugate has been so incredibly helpful, and the person who did our in person training at the CIP main office was so kind and gave great explanations as well!
