What was your company’s primary use case for AppWork Maintenance?

AppWorks is the best tool for maintenance management. It has been the most efficient way to track work orders, turns, and monthly inspections and keeps us compliant with new laws surrounding security deposits. The accountability factor alone has increased output daily.

What do you like most about AppWork Maintenance?

I love AppWorks's accountability factor. It has created team competitions and camaraderie. The app's ease makes it convenient for our teams to stay on top of work without the idle downtime of picking up paper work-orders and running all over to get the next assignments. The AppWorks Team, especially Carol and Sean are the absolute best to work with. Carol goes above and beyond daily and assists with questions, best practices, glitches (if-any) and will make herself available when called. You don't get this level of service anywhere.

What could AppWork Maintenance do better?

AppWorks is continually evolving, and I don't think there is anything that they can do better. If we have a suggestion or need, they create the solution.

Our Companies primary use of Appwork is to assist in the efficiency of assigning & completing work orders, completing unit & property inspections. as well as completing move in & move out inspections.

What do you like most about AppWork Maintenance?

Having the ability to complete daily tasks while being out on the property, directly from our mobile devices, saves us a ton of time.

What could AppWork Maintenance do better?

The quality of photos could be better, however this is something that is currently in the works. Appwork is constantly improving which we all love.

I would recommend Appwork to any Property Management Company or Commercial Business looking to help streamline all of their Maintenance tasks.

Anytime an issue arises, even on weekends, I am able to reach out to Carol or the Appwork Team. Carol is usually able to fix the issues herself, however, if she can not, she escalated it to the Appwork Team & the issue is usually resolved within minutes.

Create a Semi-Annual Maintenance Inspection report that automatically creates a prioritized Action Plan. Critical, High Priority, Normal, Preventative and Capital Improvements.

Customer service is great but as for everything, there's always room for improvement.

Almost every request we've ever given to the AppWork team has been responded to, and implemented. If it has not, we're confident that it's on the roadmap. The team here rolls out updates so frequently, I really cannot complain.

AppWork streamlines our maintenance process by enabling quick creation and management of work orders, ensuring our residence stays up-to-date effortlessly. Its mobile functionality empowers maintenance staff to efficiently handle tasks on-the-go. Additionally, the integration with Realpage allows seamless communication and access to our main system, enhancing overall efficiency.

What could AppWork Maintenance do better?

Allow the Property Manager to create and add certain things to their dashboard - like a report that is usually run etc.

Any companies that create work orders and would like your staff to have the power and accountability to control all of the work orders.

Carol - has been super amazing and so helpful with any thing I bring up.
