What do you like most about AppWork Maintenance?

AppWork streamlines our maintenance process by enabling quick creation and management of work orders, ensuring our residence stays up-to-date effortlessly. Its mobile functionality empowers maintenance staff to efficiently handle tasks on-the-go. Additionally, the integration with Realpage allows seamless communication and access to our main system, enhancing overall efficiency.

What could AppWork Maintenance do better?

Allow the Property Manager to create and add certain things to their dashboard - like a report that is usually run etc.

Who would you recommend AppWork Maintenance to?

Any companies that create work orders and would like your staff to have the power and accountability to control all of the work orders.

Carol - has been super amazing and so helpful with any thing I bring up.

I did not have anything to do with the set up and cost etc.

We had to send stuff to our admin at corporate to help set up - but otherwise I think it went great.

As of right now it's been amazing to help us keep up with work orders and keep residents up to date.
