As an analyst I like most that I can see the stages of getting units ready and if they are past due, or which exact date it will be ready.

What could AppWork Maintenance do better?

My only complaint is that there is no way to export the make ready board to excel.

Streamlined the work order process with great visibility into who is doing what as well as call back percentage and immediate customer feedback.

What do you like most about AppWork Maintenance?

Cuts down on the need for someone to spend time each day closing out work orders from a de4sk top. The App communicates with residents real time. Can create work orders for additional items when residents bring up other things. Easy to use.

What could AppWork Maintenance do better?

Work order completion time reports for specific time periods need to include work orders that were received prior to the time frame that were not completed in the previous period or may still be open.

AppWorks has made my life so much easier!

NO MORE PAPER!!! AppWorks has streamlined my work order process immensely. It is so easy to organize and communicate with our residents.

This App helped our team here onsite by being mobile and the rating after the work is completed. This has improved the timeliness and quality of the work. This has provided a challenge for each technician to collect 5 stars and coins. It improves the mood of that specific technician as well.

Less paper use and the technicians are not in the office too long.

Allow the Property Manager to create and add certain things to their dashboard - like a report that is usually run etc.
