What was your company’s primary use case for Flair?

We mainly turned to Flair for its integration with Google My Business. It saved us time pulling in pricing, unit types, and publishing specials, keeping our listings up-to-date without the manual hassle.

What do you like most about Flair?

What I like most about Flair is how easy it was to implement and how low-maintenance it is. From the start, getting everything up and running was straightforward, and once it’s set up, it just works seamlessly in the background. There’s no constant need for tweaks or troubleshooting, which frees up our time to focus on more strategic tasks.

What could Flair do better?

If I had to suggest something, it would be adding a periodic system check message confirming the rates are matching up across platforms. It would be a nice extra assurance.

What do you like most about Flair?

The team truly impressive me with how supportive and caring about us being successful they were. They took the time to explain the best options for us and get set up for success. They were extremely responsive even when we reduced our budget and that's a big reason we wanted to come back and work with them again.

What could Flair do better?

Nothing I can think of, they did a great job explaining things even I did not realize and helped us understand important levers to our marketing success.

They were extremely responsive to all our questions and communications, even when we reduced our budget. They made time to meet and discuss what we needed so we understood and that's a big reason we wanted to come back and work with them again.

At no point were they just "trying to get the most money out of us". Instead, they actually recommended ways for us to save money by optimizing it at a cost to themselves. That's the kind of team you want to work with because you know they really care about value to you.

We reached out to Flex for more exposure with google ads.

What do you like most about Flair?

They are good at what they do (managing google ads) but what really has me coming back to use them is Eden's sincere desire to help his customers. He takes his time to listen and really try to understand the needs of each specific property/sub-market. He has also given us his opinion/guidance on how to improve other marketing features within our company/properties that he does not directly benefit from. His willingness to give "free advice" goes a long way to show that he really wants our properties to perform and yield results - he is not just here to make a quick buck.

Flair assisted with our Google Ad campaigns and was a huge help in setting up our business profile on Google.

They were able to launch the Google the day after we signed the contract. We started to receive highly qualified leads shortly after which lead to us renting more apartments .

Multifamily Marketing Done Right - A Multitude of Reasons to Use Flair

What was your company’s primary use case for Flair?

We brought on Flair because we were interested in doing Google PPC advertising for our properties, however, we lacked the time and experience to cost-effectively create our own successful campaigns. Flair has been handling this for us for some time now and it's been a smooth and painless process. The flexibility to easily change our budget has been an enormous game changer and overall marketing budget saver! After seeing great results within a few months, we confidently decided to reduce spending with some major internet listing sites. We weren’t satisfied advertising with other ILSs as they send numerous unqualified leads to sort through and do not offer the same flexibility in spending that Flair does. Feeling confident in Flair handling this part of our marketing is one less thing to worry about as a busy property management professional.

What do you like most about Flair?

Working with Flair can be very hands-off which I’m sure many can appreciate in the hectic world of property management. However, knowing that they are also always available with top-notch support is what really puts the icing on the cake of working with them. Feeling confident in our active campaigns set up by Flair and knowing they automatically adjust without having to make any manual updates makes them a superior advertising platform. Their expertise in Google Ads is clearly extensive but they make the results clear and digestible for their customers. This service being catered to property management specifically makes Flair a no-brainer choice to support your marketing. They truly offer some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. They’re always quick to reply, thoroughly answer any questions, and are willing to meet with you as needed. I've personally never been left unanswered or waiting for long.

Our Go-To for Lead Quality

What was your company’s primary use case for Flair?

Our communities underwent an aggressive value-add program so we had many vacant units at new, higher rents. We onboarded Flair because we wanted to drive highly qualified leads that fell into our new budget range. We also wanted something flexible, because we knew that the budget we set would be overkill once we hit stabilization. It was important to us that they allow us to scale back easily, on our own terms.

What do you like most about Flair?

Their support team is top-notch. They have a genuine proven system for driving qualified leads that is different than other products we reviewed. We felt it was truly built for multifamily.

What could Flair do better?

I would like to be able to download lead-records inside the portal. Currently they offer a comprehensive performance report to let us know how our campaigns were doing, but not lead records. It's not a big deal since their support will send me that report very quickly when I ask for it, but it would be nice if it was in the portal.

Who would you recommend Flair to?

I'd recommend Flair to any property management company that wants more control over their lead quantity and quality. If you have a lease-up or simply want to implement a new marketing program, they are your people. They've been great at providing real solutions to our problems and helping us think from a different lens.

They're great to collaborate and problem solve with. - Not only do they know their stuff, they will help you better understand, really taking time to answer any questions or hoping on a call to go over things in further detail. - Can trust that they care to reach their own goals and that they will work to achieve them. - Dashboard is user friendly and great for including in our own internal reviews.

- Just slight tweaks to the dashboard - but more personal preferences in visuals.
