Professional Automation Done Right!

What was your company’s primary use case for J Turner Research Surveys?

We started with resident and prospect surveys with J Turner and are interested in moving toward employee surveys in the future.

What do you like most about J Turner Research Surveys?

Everyone gets burnt out when they receive too many surveys. J Turner makes sure they don't. If you want surveys that ACTUALLY get filled out by your residents and prospects this is the system to do it. Our previous system sent too many surveys at too many trigger points and we saw very little interaction and feedback.

What could J Turner Research Surveys do better?

I previously would have said to automate surveys so we can send via text, but we are working ont hat now.

Who would you recommend J Turner Research Surveys to?

The J Turner surveys are great for anyone from 10 properties to hundreds of properties. We started with roughly 8,500 units and now have 38,000+ units. Even with 8,500 units it was difficult to manage these in hours. J Turner makes the process simple, automated, and in a way that actually gets people to respond and give honest feedback.

Customer support and service

The support team at J Turner is above awesome. They go above and beyond for not just my team, but everyone I speak to who uses them.

Value for money

Again, 5+ on value for money. We feel that the amount of feedback we are now receiving from our surveys is invaluable, and the price we pay is fantastic.

Ease of onboarding

The setup is extremely easy.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

We use RealPage, which isn't always the easiest to be compatible with, but they make it smooth.

What was your company’s primary use case for J Turner Research Surveys?

To ensure that all of our Drucker + Falk properties provide great service and keep our residents and prospects happy at all of our communities, the reports help us share results with owners and onsite team members.

What do you like most about J Turner Research Surveys?

It gives our company a quick snapshot of our community's performance and they guide our team members on ways to improve.

What could J Turner Research Surveys do better?

As changes are made, for example, removing senior communities from being in the 1% Elite status to better communicate this information so the teams that are working very hard are not disappointed. Also when ORA numbers change that information needs to be communicated right away since most properties are very goal driven.

Who would you recommend J Turner Research Surveys to?

All businesses could benefit from this since everyone knows people check reviews on everything.
