So Much Better Than a Flat Email!
What was your company’s primary use case for SalesMail?
I added SalesMail to my set of communication tools so that I could follow up more quickly with both clients and my team, and add more personality & sincerity than a standard email.
What do you like most about SalesMail?
I love how easy the app is and how responsive their team is! I often find myself running from meeting to meeting, and not following up until the end of my day. Then it takes so much time to draft emails to clients, and engage my team on new information. With SalesMail, I open the app when I get to my car, or click out of zoom, and I'm able to record a short video message and deliver it before I move on to the next item on my calendar. It carries so much more energy, sincerity, and authenticity than a flat email. And I'm still able to track it in my client records in our CRM. I'm also one who has a thousand good ideas while I'm walking my dog in the early morning. SalesMail allows me to record those to my team to get them in action. I used to do this with my phone camera, but the file was always too big to email, and the message would be lost in a group text conversation.
What could SalesMail do better?
If there's one thing, and it's not a huge deal, it would be that the messages all show data on how many times and what locations they've been opened from. That info can be really skewed based on cell service locations and IP addresses where the message was delivered.
Who would you recommend SalesMail to?
Honestly, I recommend it to everyone! If you're a vendor, it's fantastic for client engagement and follow-up after events. And if you're an operator in any sort of leadership role, it would be so helpful to rally your teams, send quick follow-up messages, or deliver new information quickly when you're not at your desk.

Value for money
SalesMail is just a great tool for communication overall. It doesn't have to be related to "sales" or fit in a tech stack budget. It should just fall under communications, like upgrading your smartphone. It's such a time savings!
Ease of onboarding
I found it to be very easy to onboard.
Compatibility with your existing solutions
It's compatible with Hubspot (our CRM). I'm probably not using it as efficiently as I could be, but it has been very easy to track who is interacting with the messages I send.
