What was your company’s primary use case for SalesMail?

Follow up and to bring the human side back to automated tasks

What do you like most about SalesMail?

I love how versatile it is and I love the competition aspect of the platform

What could SalesMail do better?

I would like an easier way to download the video. Sometimes to show an example to my audience on how we use it, I have to screen record the video and it's not a perfect science. :)

So Much Better Than a Flat Email!

What was your company’s primary use case for SalesMail?

I added SalesMail to my set of communication tools so that I could follow up more quickly with both clients and my team, and add more personality & sincerity than a standard email.

What do you like most about SalesMail?

I love how easy the app is and how responsive their team is! I often find myself running from meeting to meeting, and not following up until the end of my day. Then it takes so much time to draft emails to clients, and engage my team on new information. With SalesMail, I open the app when I get to my car, or click out of zoom, and I'm able to record a short video message and deliver it before I move on to the next item on my calendar. It carries so much more energy, sincerity, and authenticity than a flat email. And I'm still able to track it in my client records in our CRM. I'm also one who has a thousand good ideas while I'm walking my dog in the early morning. SalesMail allows me to record those to my team to get them in action. I used to do this with my phone camera, but the file was always too big to email, and the message would be lost in a group text conversation.

What could SalesMail do better?

If there's one thing, and it's not a huge deal, it would be that the messages all show data on how many times and what locations they've been opened from. That info can be really skewed based on cell service locations and IP addresses where the message was delivered.

Who would you recommend SalesMail to?

Honestly, I recommend it to everyone! If you're a vendor, it's fantastic for client engagement and follow-up after events. And if you're an operator in any sort of leadership role, it would be so helpful to rally your teams, send quick follow-up messages, or deliver new information quickly when you're not at your desk.

Value for money

SalesMail is just a great tool for communication overall. It doesn't have to be related to "sales" or fit in a tech stack budget. It should just fall under communications, like upgrading your smartphone. It's such a time savings!

I found it to be very easy to onboard.

Compatibility with your existing solutions

It's compatible with Hubspot (our CRM). I'm probably not using it as efficiently as I could be, but it has been very easy to track who is interacting with the messages I send.

What do you like most about SalesMail?

QR codes that stay the same (especially for print and digital marketing) but you can change the location of the code as much as you want.

What could SalesMail do better?

Touch points for clients and internal gif collection, & communications.

What do you like most about SalesMail?

Ease of use. Stellar training. Amazing team that genuinely cares.

What could SalesMail do better?

I’m honestly not certain, I just need to continue use and spread the awareness and get my team more into utilizing so more clients are getting used to seeing it! So I guess more product awareness and case studies would be only thing I can think of at this time. :)

Who would you recommend SalesMail to?

All business owners, RM’s, Support teams, and Corporate offices. It’s a great way to communicate with a more personal touch that allows more of a human connection.

I love utilizing SalesMail for prospecting or post-event follow up. Gives such a nice personal touch and memorable form of content to deliver via email/text.

What do you like most about SalesMail?

Ease of use and simplicity of the platform is great! I also love the analytics and the ability to quickly see how your videos are performing.

What could SalesMail do better?

Would love the ability to upload a custom virtual background for my videos without needing to do it via zoom!

Supplier partners who are looking to engage more with new/current clients and multifamily operators that are looking to increase personalized touches for an enhanced resident experience.
